This Greek, classic olive is perhaps best known as an ingredient in a Greek salad. It is also excellent in other salads as well as in stews, pies, chopped into steaks or mixed into tapenade. Remember to remove the seeds first.

Storage conditions :
Store the unopened jar in a cool, dry place. Store the opened jar in the refrigerator at a maximum of +8 °C.
